This is a duo of A3 posters representing data curated about one of my favourite things in life, Le Fromage. The data used to build this are accurate and proportioned. They also are incredible. Heart breaking, comforting and disgusting. I still eat some cheese but it took me a few month to recover from the dark side. Yes there is a hint of Pink Floyd in it.
